About   © Millson Ltd 2010 Made with Xara Millson Ltd is a family run business formed in late 2009 by Sandy Robertson and Kieran Robertson whom are the son in law and grandson of Graham Mills whom still has regular input in the company with new designs and build techniques, hence the name Millson. Graham Mills was one half of Millmoor who built tipper bodies in the late 60’s but was soon building smooth sided livestock trailers incorporating the side profile of the tipper body to give them strength and durability. Due to the economic downfall in the livestock trade and a major accident, Graham was forced to quit the business in the mid 90’s until 12 years later his grandson Kieran decided to carry on the legacy that he had admired so much as a little boy watching the trailers being built and seeing them out on the road full of livestock. Millson Ltd prides itself on the quality of work they do. All of our welders are coded welders to ensure high quality welds that withstand fatigue and constant battering. All of our containers are smooth sided and fully welded nothing is bolted or riveted together unless it is dissimilar bracketry and wear parts that need replacing. We strive to make everything in our containers as easy to use as possible to ensure quick, easy loading and unloading. Millson Ltd also prides itself on its customer service relations, we fully listen to the customer and we visit the customer to discuss their requirements so we have a full understanding of what we need to build and how the customer wants it to look like. We also invite the customer to our workshops to see their livestock container in the build process and if its not too late in the build process, we change anything they don’t like or would like different. The containers are built with the highest quality aluminium and stainless steel which all come with their own test certificates so we know its the best material we are using. The aesthetics of the containers haven’t changed much since Millmoor as we still use the pressed side panels to give you the maximum strength in the container for large livestock. We paint all of our Containers starting with acid wash, rub down, etch prime, undercoat and finally 2 topcoats of high quality paint to the customers requirements. Many thanks Kieran And Sandy Robertson
