22’ single deck © Millson Ltd 2010 Made with Xara In these pictures is a Millson 22ft single deck cattle box  7ft tall inside with 9” vents with flaps for ventilation control mainly for calves. The customer requested a new platform built to take the container. The flatbed is a lightweight but strong fabrication with 2” steel box runners, 4”x2” bearers and 25mm kerowin ply. The customer requested flaps to be installed on the box also to control temperature inside the box. as you can see in the picture the flaps are closed and kept open by using magnets, as there isn’t the risk of the flaps being knocked open magnets were the perfect option as opposed to messing around with anti luces. The box is installed with extra strong gates that are light weight and interlock together to produce a strong set of gates. The tailboard is fully welded with no sides for easy wash off. The entrance of the box is maximum width we could get  at 2220mm SPECS: 5mm sides 6mm check floor 4mm roof 4mm doors quater doors fully welded box not bolted to give maximum strength. 9” vents with flaps We also sprayed the cab to the customers requirements. 20 degree tailboard The door is 4 mm thk material built to maximum strength, it has a 16” quater panel to give protection. The door is only 5ft tall to see over for calves it also has a fully flush locking system built into the end of the door. The light switch is on the front of the container.
