Each ramp is independent of one another for quick loading and un loading of mixed loads. Each ramp has doors on the back instead of flaps this is so loading is made easier and safer and unloading too, the 3rd deck has doors as-well as a flap to lesser the step. The flaps have rubber hinges to reduce the seepage from the side of the container, they also are fastened down with slimline strong magnets for quick and easy operation. The container is held down by 6 plates (3 each side) and has lifting points situated in the vent bars to keep the look of the container clean smooth underside of ramps to reduce damage on the animals backs and to maximise height of the container. H frame door with slam shut locks. to separate the sections. The 2nd deck is a 12ft canter-lever ramp with a floating platform at the front, the platforms then lift right up to allow for cattle underneath and for the tailboard of the lorry to drop through.
